Candice is a master Training Architect with more than 20 years of in-house Training & Development experience in the luxury retail business (Fragrance & Beauty, Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery) with proven expertise to provide the leadership, the voice and the programmes.

As both a curriculum specialist and a module designer, she is able to create a programme from scratch for her clients based on their business and people development needs. As a facilitator, Candice employs a wide range of training methodologies to ensure learning is fun for the audience, with sufficient depth to give them a compelling reason to believe and desire to strive for better results.

Having worked across the Asia Pacific region throughout the span of her career (in the Estee Lauder group, Sanofi Beaute and CHANEL), she possesses deep understanding of different cultures and their various learning styles. She has lived and worked in Hong Kong overseeing Greater China for close to 5 years and is currently based in Singapore.

Candice’s philosophy is that the Heart is at the centre of Training and beyond – it is the driving force behind all the training that she does. She firmly believes that successful, effective training can only take place when the hearts of the audience are moved to be transformed.
